We review new families in the order they join the waitlist. When a tutor has space, we contact suitable students first.

What happens next

  • Step one You share your child’s details, year level and exams.
  • Step two We confirm your place on the waitlist by email.
  • Step three When tutors return and a time opens, we contact waitlisted families in order. For some students we may invite a short placement task so we can match them to the right tutor.

Joining the waitlist is free and holds your place. We cannot offer every family a place each term, so we consider exam timing, goals and tutor fit.

We contact waitlist families first when times open.
